What does the job involve?
- Onboarding massive distribution networks across the State;
- Develop new business and ensure profitability;
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing a new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Other responsibilities required by the business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics, FMCG, or energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lagos and surrounding markets is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using basic office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Must be based in Bayelsa or willing to relocate.
- Previous experience working with distribution networks or dealers.
