Job Summary




  • Our client is looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager with strong IT, graphic design, presentation, and digital marketing skills to manage and grow theironline presence across all platforms.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Design and create engaging graphics, promotional materials, and multimedia content tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and hospitality/travel to inform strategy and content.

  • Manage social media accounts daily, scheduling, posting, responding to messages and comments in a timely and engaging manner.

  • Analyze performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and use data to optimize campaigns and audience targeting

  • Collaborate with business development and travel/hospitality teams to align digital campaigns with company goals.

  • Create compelling presentations and proposals to support marketing and partnership pitches.

  • Run targeted social media ads and manage digital budgets effectively.

  • Oversee the company’s visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for products, trainings, events, and new service launches.



Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.



Skills:




  • Excellent graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

  • Strong IT and presentation skills

  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and audience analytics

  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing digital campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
