Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
Create and curate high-quality, aesthetically pleasing content (photo, video, graphics) that aligns with our brand identity.
Manage posting schedules, platform analytics, and performance reporting.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage community interactions in a timely and authentic way.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, events, etc.) to align campaigns with broader initiatives.
Maintain a consistent, visually cohesive brand voice and look across all channels.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or creative project.
Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate strong aesthetics, visual consistency, and creative execution.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
Passion for creativity, trends, and building meaningful online communities.
