Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

  • Create and curate high-quality, aesthetically pleasing content (photo, video, graphics) that aligns with our brand identity.

  • Manage posting schedules, platform analytics, and performance reporting.

  • Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage community interactions in a timely and authentic way.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, events, etc.) to align campaigns with broader initiatives.

  • Maintain a consistent, visually cohesive brand voice and look across all channels.



Person Specification




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or creative project.

  • Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate strong aesthetics, visual consistency, and creative execution.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.

  • Passion for creativity, trends, and building meaningful online communities.
