Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to help us grow and manage our online presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and engaging audiences. You will work in an agile team to create, schedule, and monitor content that reflects our brand’s voice and supports client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).


• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with brand guidelines.


• Monitor trends, conversations, and audience engagement to optimize content performance.


• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for social media.


• Track performance metrics and provide basic reports on campaign results.


• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.


• Creativity and good writing skills for captions and short-form content.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.


• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media management tools like TikTok Studio or Meta Business Suite is a plus.


• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
