We are looking for a skilled Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads, both for our company and for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms.


2. Conduct audience research and optimize targeting for best results.


3. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments.


4. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


5. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.


6. Stay up to date with industry trends, new features, and platform policies.


7. Collaborate with our internal team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads).


2. Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.


3. Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.


4. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.


5. Excellent communication and reporting skills.


6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
