Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
Proven experience as a social media manager/content creator in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
Strong portfolio of past work (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest, etc.).

Duties:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Manage content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, and Pinterest.
Create and edit high-quality photo and video content (product shoots, styling reels, fashion trends, behind-the-scenes).
Write engaging captions, blog-style posts, and campaign copy tailored to the fashion audience.
Monitor trends in fashion and social media to keep content fresh and appealing.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand ambassadors.
Run paid ads and campaigns targeted at increasing sales and customer engagement.
Track performance with analytics tools and prepare monthly growth/performance reports.
Other Requirements:
Must have a keen fashion sense and ability to style and present female wear (dresses, jeans, suits, sets, etc.) in trendy ways.
Excellent photography and videography skills (using phone and/or professional camera).
Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
Strong understanding of SEO for social media, hashtags, and audience engagement.
Must be creative, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Availability to attend fashion events, store openings, and pop-up activations when required.
Working Schedule:
Full-time (Monday – Saturday, with flexibility for fashion events, shoots, and campaign launches).
Hybrid: On-site presence for photoshoots, content creation, and product launches, with remote flexibility for daily posting, engagement, and analytics.
