We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Accounts Manager to lead our digital presence.
The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise, strong technical skills, and a passion for travel and tourism to grow our brand, engage our audience, and drive sales conversions through impactful social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate must have the capacity to grow our social media platforms
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Create and manage engaging travel-related content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns).
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Grow and engage online communities while managing brand reputation.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and reservations teams to align campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tourism innovations.
Requirements
OND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Tourism, or related field.
2 - 3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing (preferably in travel/tourism/hospitality).
Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in content creation tools and activities (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills and creating engaging customer experiences
