Role Overview
- Our client seeks a dynamic, results-driven professional Sales Manager. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of business development with the client-facing execution of property sales.
- The successful candidate will spearhead the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value partnerships, and driving direct sales of the Real Estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and revenue.
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities, including joint ventures and diaspora-focused investments.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to inform project strategy.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Prepare business intelligence and performance reports for management review.
Sales Duties:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads for the company’s housing projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and after-sales service.
- Design and implement sales campaigns (with support from the marketing team) to drive client acquisition.
- Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years work experience.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian property market, including diaspora and NHF-driven housing demand.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, with ability to mentor junior sales staff when recruited.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
