What you’ll be doing



As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:




  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategy for Betway across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc.

  • Create compelling brand content that resonates with the target audience across platforms.

  • Ensure all content adheres to Betway’s brand guidelines and voice.

  • Work closely with marketing, design, product and other teams to align social media efforts with key marketing objectives.

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with sporting events, product offers, promotions etc.

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all Betway social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing team to implement paid social media campaigns.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Team Lead.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table



The necessary skills that we require for this role include:




  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer etc.).

  • Experience with social media analytics tools.

  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative suite etc).

  • Video editing capabilities for short-form content (CapCut, InShot etc.).

  • Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with sports and betting terminologies.



Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve



It would be great if you also have some the following skills:




  • Previous experience managing brand accounts or influencer collaborations.

  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.

  • Experience in developing content calendars and end-to-end social media campaigns.

  • Familiarity with social listening tools and trend analysis.

  • Knowledge of copywriting techniques for conversion-driven content.

  • Experience with live content creation (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Twitter Spaces, etc.).

  • Familiarity with email marketing and integration with social media campaigns.

  • Understanding of community management and online reputation strategies.

  • Experience working in industries such as fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.

  • Knowledge of photography and videography to create original media content
