Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate and supervise sales activities within the state.

  • Manage and motivate sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Must have strong connection with NGOs' and Government Parastatals within Abuja.
