Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Finance Manager to manage and facilitate financing solutions for our automobile buyers.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee credit processes, assess risks, build partnerships with financial institutions, and ensure smooth loan approvals while driving customer satisfaction and vehicle sales.



Key Responsibilities




  • Facilitate auto-loan financing options for retail buyers in collaboration with banks, microfinance institutions, and other lending partners.

  • Conduct credit risk assessments, credit appraisals, and loan structuring to ensure high-quality loan portfolios.

  • Manage and monitor customer loan applications, ensuring timely approval, disbursement, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop partnerships with financial institutions to expand financing options for customers.

  • Implement credit policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks to minimize defaults and maintain a healthy portfolio.

  • Track loan performance, monitor NPL/PAR ratios, and oversee recovery efforts where necessary.

  • Support the sales team by designing financing packages that make products more accessible to customers.

  • Provide financial advisory support to customers, guiding them on loan products, interest rates, repayment plans, and eligibility requirements.

  • Generate reports on loan origination, approval rates, repayment performance, and credit risk exposure for management decision-making.

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and lending guidelines.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus).

  • Professional certifications in Credit Risk, Banking, or Risk Management (e.g., RIMAN, CIBN) are an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in credit risk management, retail financing, consumer lending, or microfinance.

  • Proven track record of loan portfolio management with low non-performing loan (NPL) ratios.

  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring.

  • Excellent relationship management skills with banks, MFIs, and other financial partners.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software, credit analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
