Job Description




  • The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company’s social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

  • The role involves creating compelling content, managing online communities, overseeing paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

  • This position requires a creative storyteller, a data-driven thinker, and a proactive team player who can align social media efforts with broader marketing and organizational goals.



Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and manage a multi-platform social media strategy.

  • Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to engage and convert them.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.

  • Creates and manages Content

  • Manages brand’s Community, paid ads and reports key insights.

  • Growth in followers, engagement rate, and reach across platforms.

  • Increase in lead generation, website traffic, and conversions via social channels.

  • Performance of paid campaigns (CTR, CPC, ROI).

  • Community sentiment and customer satisfaction via social interactions.

  • Consistency in content posting and campaign execution.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

  • Strong graphics, video editing, copywriting and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and influencer marketing strategies.

  • Creative mindset with strong visual and design sensibility.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
