  • This is a full-time onsite role, ideal for someone living within or around Lekki Phase 1 with proven experience managing business social media pages.

  • IVVI Clinic is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle the clinic’s online presence, engage clients, and handle appointment communications.

  • The ideal candidate understands how to blend aesthetics with strategy,creating engaging content that reflects the clinic’s brand, drives client inquiries, and supports day-to-day communication with patients and prospects.

  • This role involves developing and executing a social media strategy that promotes IVVI Clinic’s services, engages followers, and strengthens brand visibility.

  • You’ll manage all social media pages, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure consistent, quality online representation.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and grow the clinic’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Create, post, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, and reels).

  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.

  • Set and confirm client appointments through social platforms and calls.

  • Work with the Head Nurse and management to align content with clinic goals.

  • Track engagement metrics and provide periodic performance reports.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

  • Stay updated on beauty, wellness, and healthcare social trends.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years work experience.

  • Must reside within Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas for easy daily commute.

  • Candidates must be available to work 4–5 days a week, from 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesdays through Saturdays

  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to start immediately.



Required Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand content.

  • Good photography/videography sense (using phone or camera).

  • Time management and multitasking skills.

  • Customer service mindset and attention to detail.



Salary

N150,000 - N190,000 monthly.
