Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Supervision Manager to oversee store renovation projects and ensure all store construction meets company standards.


• The ideal candidate will lead the acceptance process, establish quality benchmarks, and build a capable supervision team to support our expansion across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise and conduct store renovation acceptance across assigned regions, ensuring compliance with company design and construction standards.


• Standard Development: Develop, document, and continuously improve store construction and acceptance standards to drive consistency and quality.


• Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a store acceptance and supervision team to support efficient project execution.


• Quality Assurance: Identify construction defects, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution before store openings.


• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams to align renovation outcomes with business needs.


• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, acceptance results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or store project management, preferably in retail or commercial environments.


• Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and quality control processes.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites nationwide.
