We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Supervision Manager to oversee store renovation projects and ensure all store construction meets company standards.
The ideal candidate will lead the acceptance process, establish quality benchmarks, and build a capable supervision team to support our expansion across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Supervise and conduct store renovation acceptance across assigned regions, ensuring compliance with company design and construction standards.
Standard Development: Develop, document, and continuously improve store construction and acceptance standards to drive consistency and quality.
Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a store acceptance and supervision team to support efficient project execution.
Quality Assurance: Identify construction defects, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution before store openings.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams to align renovation outcomes with business needs.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, acceptance results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or store project management, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and quality control processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites nationwide.
