Role Overview
- We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, tell our brand story, and engage audiences across digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven insight to promote our projects, facilities, and corporate milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and brand objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Create compelling and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, and stories) showcasing property developments, facility management services, and corporate milestones.
- Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and facility teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience managing social media for brands (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and social media management tools.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and analytical skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly
