Job Summary




  • We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Lagos.

  • The ideal candidate will identify client needs, provide suitable property solutions, and guide clients through their decision-making journey.

  • You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, conducting property presentations, and achieving set sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

  • Conduct presentations, inspections, and property marketing activities

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.



Requirements




  • B.Sc Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role

  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Confident, smart, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Preferred residency in Lekki /Ajah or nearby areas.

  • Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
