Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not Compulsory.
- Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
