Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop unique and disruptive ideas that are social at heart and create best-in-class content for social programs, integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Execute compelling visual content, including graphics, illustrations, videos, GIFs, and digital ads for delivery across a variety of mediums and formats, including all major social platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external designers (graphic/web/app), marketing project leads and social media strategists to craft, execute and publish story ideas, with a clear understanding of how users engage with social creative across formats and platforms
- Work closely with social media strategists, sharing best practices, platform updates and capabilities, ensuring social media creative strategy reflects the most up to date information
- Stay on top of social user trends and shifting behavior to elevate Credo’s expertise and authority in the social space
- You're able to generate unique, fun, quirky ideas to elevate the brand's social media presence and drive organic engagement and produce assets: photos, memes, graphics, gifs, videos, and live's for specific channels
- Research, develop and execute UGC activities, surprise and delight outreach, and contest activations
- Consistently strategize and update social media project plans consisting of content ideas, post scheduling/frequency, response times, partnership opportunities and collaborations.
- Build relationships with influencers that are aligned with the organization’s mission and create opportunities for social media collaborations; manage celebrity relationships as necessary
- Work closely with the PR Specialist to leverage stories to the public and within owned media
- Ensure collection of strong photos and videos at appearances and important business meetings Smarter payments for everyone, anywhere

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years work experience
- Elevated creative eye and aesthetic; strong creative vision and skills in photo, video and design.
- Ability to brainstorm new ways to bring brands to life on social media
- You are a visual storyteller with flexibility in your medium (graphic, illustration, motion, video, photo, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills, ability to take brand voice and communicate via social media content
