We are seeking a results driven Hospitality Sales Executive with strong experience in managing (Short-let, Airbnb, Hotel, Restaurant, Lounge or Club) to grow revenue by attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hospitality offerings.
He/She Must have strong sales skills, understands the hospitality market, and excels at converting leads into loyal guests and corporate partners.
Responsibilities
Actively generate new business through cold calls, networking, site visits, and referrals
Promote hospitality services including rooms, events, dining, memberships, and packages
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partners
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to drive brand visibility
Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in hospitality sales (hotel, restaurant, lounge, events, or related)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required.
