About the Role




  • We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Ads Manager who can strategize, launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google.

  • This is not a posting or content role.

  • This role is strictly for someone who understands paid traffic, performance metrics, and conversion-focused advertising.

  • You must be able to clearly explain why you choose certain creatives, audiences, and budgets not just “this usually works”.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:

  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

  • TikTok

  • Google (Search / Display / YouTube – if applicable)

  • Develop full ad strategies aligned with business goals



Set up:




  • Campaigns

  • Ad sets

  • Creatives

  • Tracking (Pixels, events, conversions)

  • Test creatives, audiences, and copy using structured A/B testing

  • Monitor performance daily and optimize based on data

  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPA and ROAS

  • Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with content creators or designers to guide ad creatives

  • Stay updated on platform changes and policy updates.



Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following:




  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media ad accounts

  • Experience managing real client ad accounts, not just personal or practice accounts

  • Ability to provide verifiable clients or brands

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Experience running TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads (preferred, not mandatory)



Strong understanding of:




  • Campaign structure (TOF / MOF / BOF)

  • Audience targeting & retargeting

  • Creative testing frameworks

  • Budget allocation & scaling

  • Clear understanding of ad compliance, especially for health, beauty, or regulated products.



What We Will Ask For (Mandatory)

2–3 verifiable client accounts or brands, including:




  • Business name

  • Industry

  • Duration of engagement

  • Your role



Case studies or screenshots showing:




  • Ad spend

  • Results (CPA, ROAS, conversions)

  • (Sensitive data can be blurred)

  • A short explanation answering:

  • “How do you decide which audience and creative to test first when launching a new campaign?”



How We Measure Success




  • Consistent improvement in CPA and ROAS

  • Clear testing strategy and decision-making

  • Ability to scale winning ads sustainably

  • Transparent reporting and communication.



Required Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong analytical mindset (you understand numbers, not vibes)

  • Ability to explain why a campaign is performing (or not)



Experience reading and improving:




  • CTR

  • CPC

  • CPA

  • ROAS

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Organized and process-driven.

Experience running ads for:




  • Health & wellness

  • Beauty

  • Clinics

  • E-commerce

  • Service-based businesses

  • Experience with funnel building and landing page optimization

  • Experience with tools like:

  • Google Tag Manager

  • GA4

  • Hotjar or similar

  • Experience working with remote teams.
