Role Overview:

• The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing solar engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with standards, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in solar systems, and hands-on engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team across solar project designs and installations.


• Oversee system design, load analysis, and technical specifications for solar solutions.


• Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.


• Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to deliver optimal solutions.


• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.


• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and engineering performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).


• 3–5 years of proven experience in solar engineering with expert knowledge of solar PV systems.


• Strong understanding of inverters, batteries, mounting systems, and system integration.


• Experience managing engineering teams and solar projects.


• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
