Community Operations and Management: Independently manage the day-to-day operations of local-language WhatsApp and Facebook communities, including content publishing, interaction maintenance, fostering a positive atmosphere, and user relationship management.
Content Creation and Visual Design: Develop culturally relevant promotional posters, banners, and event graphics using design tools such as Canva and PhotoShop, based on marketing campaign plans (e.g., holiday promotions), to enhance community appeal and conversion rates.
User Support and Sales Guidance: Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries regarding products, application processes, and promotional activities. Proactively identify user needs and effectively guide potential users to the sales team to advance the conversion process.
Community Governance: Establish and enforce community guidelines, effectively managing behaviors such as spamming and inappropriate remarks through measures like warnings or muting, to ensure a healthy and orderly community environment.
Offline Activity Coordination: Support offline marketing events by conducting pre-event promotions and awareness within the community, and take responsibility for post-event user follow-up and feedback collection.
Skill Requirements:
Familiarity with the entire social media community process.
Proficiency in the algorithms and promotional tools of whatsapp and facebook (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
Minimum of 2 years experience in the field or related field
Bonus Skills: Video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro), experience in influencer collaborations.
