Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc site spot checks to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Deliver onsite quality training to SBC personnel.
- Provide quality support and assistance to the project team when required.
- Identify, record, and report quality issues observed onsite to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
- Track and follow up on corrective actions until all quality issues are fully resolved and closed.
- Prepare and submit daily reports covering site spot checks and other onsite quality-related activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in RAN project quality management or related telecom engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of site quality standards, installation, and safety requirements.
- Ability to conduct onsite inspections and deliver technical training effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Must hold valid certifications in:
- Work at Height
- Electrical Safety
- First Aid
