Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Create engaging posts, including images, videos, reels, and stories.
- Write compelling captions, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice.
- Design and schedule promotions, discounts, and special event announcements.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
- Optimize posts for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Community Engagement & Customer Service
- Respond to customer comments, questions, and reviews promptly.
- Monitor and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Handle negative feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with local influencers, food bloggers, and content creators.
- Organize influencer visits and partnerships for promotions.
- Track the success of collaborations and partnerships.
Advertising & Promotions
- Run paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Analyze ad performance and optimize for better reach and conversions.
- Promote seasonal specials, events, and limited-time offers.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, etc.).
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to assess campaign success.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordination with Other Teams
- Work closely with chefs, managers, and staff for content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
- Support event promotions through social media coverage.
