• The ideal candidate will manage the company’s online presence by developing and executing effective social media strategies to


• boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)


• Develop engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.


• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.


• Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversion.


• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.


• Respond to followers' comments and messages promptly to maintain strong engagement.


• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align online campaigns with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency.


• Proven ability to grow and engage followers.


• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).


• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social analytics, and ad management tools.


• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
