We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of our restaurant and all in-house events.
The role will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting menus, themed nights, live entertainment, private functions, and special events, while driving brand awareness, footfall, and reservations through effective digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a content calendar focused on restaurant activities and events.
Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and captions to showcase food, ambience, service, and guest experiences.
Promote special menus, offers, themed nights, live bands/DJ nights, brunches, and private events.
Provide real-time coverage of events and activations.
Manage daily engagement: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, Events Team, and Marketing Team to align campaigns with business goals.
Work with influencers and content creators to increase reach and visibility.
Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and service standards are consistently represented online.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
2–4 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or events.
Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
