Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for all Raphael Group brands.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics) tailored to each platform.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages across social platforms, ensuring top-notch community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, content, and design) to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Optimize social media campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure content and campaigns comply with copyright, privacy, and industry standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience managing multiple brands or diverse business sectors. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.(Preferred)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and engagement growth.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong design sense and familiarity with basic graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Minimum of 50 Mbps to ensure smooth content upload, live streaming, and platform management.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead campaigns from concept to execution.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving digital trends and brand priorities.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (Preferred).
Salary
N200,000 per month.
