Job Summary 

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms


• Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience


• Brainstorm ideas for posts with clients and create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them


• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other professionals to develop campaigns on social platforms


• Establish and implement strategies for driving and increasing online traffic


• Measure and monitor key performance indicators


• Conduct social media research to gather ideas and understand the audience’s needs


• Monitor and optimize the company’s website and social media pages


• Maintain editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility


• Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field


• Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc)


• Experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media


• Understanding of social media principles and concepts


• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc


• Exceptional design and creative skills


• Excellent communication and teamwork


• Organization and time management


• Detail-oriented.
