Summary




  • The social media manager will be responsible for growing brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving traffic and conversions across all major social platforms.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, video, stories, reels)

  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)

  • Handle online reputation management and community moderation.



Person Specification:




  • NCE / ND, HND, BSc Degree

  • 2 - 3 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Experience with paid social media advertising

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
