We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands platform algorithms, and can craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
You will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance analysis across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
Create engaging and platform-appropriate content (text, image, video) aligned with the brand voice.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Monitor user engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Assist in running paid social media campaigns (optional, depending on role).
Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
