Job Summary

• The Agriculture Supervisor will coordinate farming activities, supervise field staff, implement modern farming practices, and ensure high productivity and quality in line with the resort’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day farm activities


• Oversee planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops


• Supervise and train agricultural staff


• Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and facilities


• Monitor crop health and recommend measures to prevent pests and diseases


• Maintain accurate records of farm operations and production


• Implement sustainable and modern farming practices.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field


• Proven experience in farm management or agriculture supervision


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques


• Ability to manage a team and work outdoors in a farm environment.
