Job Summary 

• Our client is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff management at their resort.


• The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resort operations and guest services.


• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.


• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.


• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resort or hotel management.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
