Job Responsibilities




  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales goals.

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

  • Promoting the organization and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;

  • Must have experience in Affluent/Private Banking, Luxury real estate, Luxury Automobile

  • Minimum of 8 years progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion and retail verticals with international exposure.

  • On top of fashion trends, new designers, products etc.

  • Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive interpersonal skills.

  • Professional Certifications would be an added advantage.
