Reports to: VP, Sales & Digital
Role Overview:
The Digital Media Associate will manage the real estate’s digital presence by creating high-quality content, executing social media strategies, and ensuring consistent communication across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of luxury branding, real estate marketing, and online audience engagement. This role plays a key part in building brand visibility and generating leads for the company’s premium property offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
- Curate, manage, and grow the Rel Estate’s social media pages.
- Capture on-site content at properties, open houses, inspections, estate tours, and events.
- Ensure all visuals and messaging align with the company's luxury brand identity, tone, and style guidelines.
- Create compelling lifestyle-driven content that highlights architecture, interior design, community features, and luxury living.
Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Prepare content calendars, campaign plans, and rollout schedules in collaboration with the VP, Sales & Digital.
- Oversee the approval workflow for all content and campaigns.
- Identify content gaps and recommend new ideas based on industry trends, market behavior, and audience insights.
Community Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages, inquiries, and comments across all platforms.
- Support the sales team in tracking and nurturing digital leads.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and campaign results.
- Provide monthly analytics reports and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights.
- Maintain a deep understanding of social metrics, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
Digital Advertising
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns with precise audience targeting and optimization.
- Promote property listings, events, brand activities, and special campaigns using paid media.
- Work toward contributing at least 10% of monthly sales through digital media activities.
Events & On-Ground Content Duties
- Attend property tours, open houses, and the company's events to document and create real-time content.
- Support the Digital & Sales team during launch events, exhibitions, and estate viewings.
Market & Brand Alignment
- Stay updated with real estate marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and general market trends in Lagos’s luxury property segment.
