Role Summary
- The Commercial & Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and leading the company’s commercial operations across Nigeria.
- The role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with strong experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s commercial and sales strategy.
- Build and manage a nationwide distributor network.
- Secure partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, and institutional buyers.
- Drive growth through wholesale, retail, and pharmacy channels.
- Recruit, train, and manage the commercial sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Implement sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and regulatory teams to support business growth.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of revenue targets
- Expansion of distributor network
- Growth in hospital and institutional accounts

- Sales team productivity and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 15 years of commercial experience, with 8 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales leadership.
- Proven experience managing national distribution networks and key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
