Role Summary

• The R&D Officer will support product development and improvement by applying flavour and fragrance formulations, conducting laboratory testing, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.


• The role also involves product evaluation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with QC and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Industry Experience (Preferred);

• Flavour & Fragrance (Perfume Industry)


• Beverage Industry


• FMCG Manufacturing

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Food Safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000).


• Experience with analytical and laboratory testing tools.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.


• Innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Salary

N180,000 per month
