We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in finance, office administration, and supporting efficient business operations.
The successful candidate will assist the finance team with financial transactions, record-keeping, and reporting, while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Coordinate office administration, scheduling, and internal correspondence.
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and general resources.
Perform other finance-related and administrative duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
