  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in finance, office administration, and supporting efficient business operations.

  • The successful candidate will assist the finance team with financial transactions, record-keeping, and reporting, while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.

  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

  • Coordinate office administration, scheduling, and internal correspondence.

  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and general resources.

  • Perform other finance-related and administrative duties as assigned by the Team Lead.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
