Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Officer to support its administrative and financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date Financial records in accordance with company policy and accounting standards .
This role requires a highly organized professional who can multitask effectively and coordinate both administrative and financial functions within a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and monitoring of clients invoice & receivables
Support the management of company's payments and financial obligations
Assist in coordinating payroll preparation and verification processes
Assist in preparing periodic financial reports to support management decisions
Maintain proper filing systems for administrative and financial records
Support the monitoring of company expenditures and operational costs
Support compliance with internal financial policies & regulatory requirements
Support month end and year end finacial closing processes
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role(ICAN is an added advantage)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and financial responsibilities
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Close attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
