Responsibilities:




  • Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals.

  • Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections.

  • Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM/sales records.

  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales.

  • Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.

  • Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours.

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.



Requirements:




  • HND/B.Sc. in any field.

  • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets.

  • Must be active on social media (advantage).



Incentives: 10% Commission on each closed deal
