The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing contracts, and growing the company’s client base across construction, marine, and oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
Prepare proposals, tenders, and bids for projects
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support contract negotiation and closing deals
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years’ experience in business development (preferably in oil & gas or construction)
