Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.


• The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a strategist—able to create compelling content while growing, managing, and analyzing our online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original and engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and shortform reels


• Edit and optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube


• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends


• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity


• Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, and community engagement


• Develop and execute social media content calendars


• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers professionally


• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on growth, reach, and engagement


• Analyze trends and insights to improve content and social media strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role


• Strong writing, storytelling, and captioning skills


• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content schedules


• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong timemanagement skills


• Experience with photography and videography


• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools


• Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
