The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing landscape architecture projects that enhance the aesthetic, environmental, and functional value of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
This role requires a creative and technically skilled professional who can deliver sustainable and visually compelling landscape designs while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present detailed landscape architectural plans, drawings, and design documentation for development projects.
Plan, design, and oversee the development and regeneration of outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Conduct site studies and environmental assessments, including analysis of terrain, soil, ecology, and existing structures.
Ensure landscape designs align with environmental sustainability and conservation standards.
Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, including site inspections and supervision of landscape improvements.
Develop landscape design guidelines, beautification programs, and enhancement strategies for projects.
Prepare design proposals, construction plans, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and project management teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
Evaluate and manage design consultants and landscape contractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure designs meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Contribute to research and development on emerging landscape architecture trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably within real estate or property development.
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, environmental planning, and sustainable development practices.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and relevant design software.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
