We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Test Engineer Intern to support the testing and quality assurance of systems, digital platforms, and operational tools used across our organization.

About the Role
The Test Engineer Intern will assist in verifying system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring digital systems perform reliably before deployment or operational use.
The role involves executing test cases, documenting test results, reporting issues, and supporting improvements across internal software and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
System Testing: Assist in testing internal software applications, digital platforms, and operational systems to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
Test Case Execution: Execute predefined test cases and test scenarios, document outcomes, and report any inconsistencies or system defects.
Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify system errors, bugs, or performance issues and document them clearly with supporting information for troubleshooting.
Test Documentation: Maintain organized testing records including test cases, test reports, defect logs, and testing procedures.
Quality Assurance Support: Assist in verifying bug fixes, patches, updates, and system improvements before they are deployed to production.
User Experience Validation: Support basic usability testing to ensure systems function as expected from an operational perspective.
Collaboration: Work with developers, system administrators, and internal teams to understand system requirements and testing objectives.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training and technical learning activities to build skills in software testing, system evaluation, and quality assurance practices.
Qualifications & Skills
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
Basic understanding of software testing concepts or system evaluation
Familiarity with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and basic reporting
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to follow structured testing procedures
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
