Key Responsibilities
- Attend to patients and visitors professionally
- Register patients and schedule appointments
- Handle calls and general inquiries
- Verify HMO eligibility and process authorizations
- Maintain accurate records and support billing processes
- Ensure excellent patient experience and confidentiality
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Experience in a hospital front desk role
- Good knowledge of HMO processes and claims
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Must be resident in Abuja
