Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to property manager
- Oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the properties to ensure it is always issue free.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage utilities, inventory of supplies, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor services.
- Support occupants satisfaction by addressing facility concerns quickly and effectively.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / B.Sc in Electrical/ Electronic Engineeringor related field with 2-4 years working experience in similar capacity
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
- Attention to details and sociable personality.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
