Job Summary



Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Group Managing Director. The ideal candidate will ensure the GMD’s office runs efficiently, manage confidential information with discretion, and serve as a key coordination point between internal and external stakeholders.



Job Details



Executive & Administrative Support




  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.



Coordination & Communication




  • Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and executive engagements, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups on action points.

  • Liaise with trustees, partners, regulators, and senior management as required.

  • Manage communication flow to ensure timely and effective responses.



Office & Operations Support




  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure the GMD’s deliverables are met.

  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records management.

  • Support project coordination and special assignments as delegated by the GMD.



Confidentiality & Governance




  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Support compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements where applicable



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or a related field is an added advantage. 



KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE




  •  Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
