Job Description
- This is not a regular marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to scale e-commerce businesses, improve conversions, optimize marketing performance, and drive measurable revenue growth across different brands.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for multiple e-commerce brands
- Analyze website performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Optimize product pages, funnels, and checkout flows
- Improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment
- Oversee and optimize Meta & Google Ads performance
- Identify growth opportunities across different client businesses
- Implement retention strategies (email, remarketing, repeat purchases)
- Track, analyze, and report performance across all brands
- Work with designers and developers to improve website performance
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience working with e-commerce brands or agencies
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple brands at once
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify
