Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
