We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing market penetration, and supporting revenue growth across all business verticals.
The role will oversee digital marketing, corporate communications, market intelligence, and promotional initiatives to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid media, and social media strategy
Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights
Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, and publications
Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team to deliver high performance
Drive promotional campaigns to support sales growth and market expansion
Manage key marketing projects such as events, rebranding initiatives, and product launches
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across the organisation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIMN or equivalent) preferred
3-5 years’ experience in brand and marketing management within a B2B environment
Agency experience is an added advantage
Proven ability to plan and execute integrated ATL and BTL campaigns
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, paid media, and analytics.
