Job Description

• Are you a highly organized and results-driven professional with a passion for beauty and retail? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate key projects across our beauty brand, ensuring timely execution and business growth.

Job Summary

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects across marketing, store operations, product launches, and brand campaigns.


• This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute brand and retail projects from start to finish


• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, social media, and store staff)


• Oversee product launches, promotions, and in-store activations


• Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables


• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met


• Identify risks and provide solutions proactively


• Track performance and report on project outcomes


• Ensure brand consistency across all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


• 2–5 years experience in project management (retail or beauty industry is an advantage)


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office


• Strong attention to detail.
